Imer Acuña

México

Graduated in double bass from the National Conservatory of Music in Mexico City. In 2015 he began his career as a teacher in various schools in Mexico City, and his training as a Suzuki teacher in 2018. He has actively participated in various courses and festivals such as the I Double Bass Symposium in Wroclaw, Poland, Corsi di Perfezionamento Strumentale e di interpretazione di Musica del Campus Internazionale di Musica in Sermoneta - Italy, X Latin American meeting of double basses from Baja California - Mexico, and Bass Europe in the 2016 (Prague, Czech Republic) and 2018 (Lucca, Italy) editions. She is president of the International Children's Double Bass Festival.

Natali Linares

Colombia

Graduated from the Central University of Bogotá and with a master's degree in Double Bass interpretation from the University of Houston. Her pedagogical experience began in her country working with children through the Fundación Nacional Batuta, where she served as a Cello/Double Bass instructor and director of pre-orchestra ensembles. As part of his work, he constantly received pedagogical and musical workshops. As a music teacher, she has served as a workshop leader with the ISB Beginning Ensembles and has performed for the Young Bassist Program. She is currently a registered Suzuki teacher and works as a conductor in Aldine ISD. Drew Academy.

Paula Hernández Dionis

España

 PhD in Education from the University of La Laguna, she carries out extensive research work in the world of Cello and Double Bass teaching.

    Author of the books “From the cello to the bass”, designed to teach each instrument separately or to teach Double Bass to student cellists. In addition, he has a Master's Degree in Education and ICTs, a Master's Degree in Teacher Training and the Pedagogical Qualification Course.

   Currently she combines her work as a soloist and chamber music performer, with teaching in the La Laguna University.

Angélica M. Gómez

Colombia

Double bassist graduated from the Central University of Bogotá - Colombia, and from the Liceu Conservatory of Barcelona - Spain, thanks to being the winner of a scholarship from the Carolina Foundation to carry out studies in Musical Improvement and Postgraduate. Cultural Manager of the International University of Catalonia (Barcelona - Spain), she did an internship in management with the María Canals International Piano Competition in Barcelona and the Vallés Symphony Orchestra (OSV). He has worked as a music and double bass teacher for the Bogotá Philharmonic Orchestra and different private schools. As a manager, she has worked in different entities in the country. He currently works for the Bogotá Philharmonic Orchestra for the Vamos a la Filarmónica Musical Training Project.
